Sponsoring the education of a child is an especially wonderful way of helping.The best way to change a child's life is to make it possible for them to gain a good education. By sponsoring a child's education, you will help to bring about long-term benefits to the child, their family and their community. A donation of US$ 20 per month* will mean that, as well as knowing deserving children are benefiting from your generosity, your name will go on our database and you will receive:
When you sponsor a child's education, your contribution is pooled with that of other sponsors and contributes to the general running of the school. In this way you are helping not just one child but hundreds. For the children’s protection, we do not allow direct contact and ask sponsors to be willing to remain anonymous to their nominated child. * Sponsorships are charged to your credit card monthly. You may cancel the agreement at any time. Instructions on how to cancel will be sent to you by email. |

Other ways to help
Promotion and Fundraising
You can help to ensure the ongoing success of the Maitreya Education Schools and expand provision to more children in northern India by undertaking promotion and fundraising in your own country. We now have a well developed set of promotional materials, both print based and video based, and a well organised sponsor management system.
Volunteering
We accept volunteers at our schools, depending on our needs at the time and the skills offered by the volunteer. Generally we prefer volunteers to commit to a stay of at least three months. Varying conditions may apply, depending on the duration and the qualifications of the volunteer.
